Here, we can build confidence and knowledge for you to bring to public yoga classes. For More Experienced Students Experienced students benefit from private lessons as well. You are able to have deeper insight into specific postures that interest you, alignment, modifications and begin to develop a successful home practice. Private yoga classes can also give the experienced student time to learn about other areas of interest, such as meditation and pranayama. |
