YOGA FOR BEGINNERS VIRTUAL WORKSHOP with AUSTIN YOGA TREE
Whether you’re a first time beginner, returning to practice after time away or just want to strengthen the core of your practice—our Beginners Yoga Series is for you. This 4 class workshop is designed to take away the worries about your first yoga class and make your introduction to yoga an enjoyable experience. You will learn the fundamentals of yoga in the comfort and safety of your own home.
In just four weeks, you will learn basic yoga postures, yogic breathing, relaxation techniques and the joy of yoga. All yoga promotes stress relief, relaxation, overall health and well-being, and provides tools for a healthier, happier more peaceful life. At the end of the series, you will have the knowledge, skills and confidence to join any all- level yoga class, and will have experienced the many benefits of yoga.

YOGA FOR RAMADAN VIRTUAL SERIES with MUSLIM SPACE of AUSTIN
I'm so excited to once again pair with Muslim Space and Austin Yoga Tree to bring Gentle Yoga to those observing Ramadan this year.
Yoga and fasting are complementary, and yoga amplifies the benefits of fasting as both are purification practices. Yoga can also help give you more energy during the process of your fast.
We’ll include basic seated, standing, and supported poses to restore energy, provide healing, reduce stress, and soothe the mind.
